The Trading Department of Caspy Commodity Exchange JSC hereby informs about the rejection of bids and transactions submitted for the trading of household coal of JSC “Shubarkol Komir”, held on November 21, 2025, within the framework of exchange trading sessions.
In accordance with paragraphs 1–2 of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Commodity Exchanges” dated May 4, 2009 No. 155-IV, as well as paragraph 4.4 of the Methodology for Identifying Automated Algorithms in the Process of Participation in Exchange Trading and the applicable liability measures at Caspy Commodity Exchange JSC, the following bids have been rejected:
- CL6FCMKS – 6 lots (Karaganda region);
- CL6FCXKS – 3 lots (Turkistan region);
- CL6FCBKS – 3 lots ( Almaty Region);
- CL6FCPKS – 6 lots ( Kostanay Region);
- CL6FCYKS – 3 lots ( Shymkent city).
No exchange transactions were concluded for these bids.
