The Trading Department of JSC “Commodity Exchange ‘Caspiy’” hereby informs about the rejection of bids during the LLP “VostokUgolProm” household coal trading sessions held on November 14, 2025,
in accordance with paragraphs 1–2 of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Commodity Exchanges” dated May 4, 2009 No. 155-IV, as well as paragraph 4.4 of the Methodology for Identifying Automated Algorithms in the Process of Participation in Exchange Trading and the **responsibility measures applied by JSC “Commodity Exchange ‘Caspiy’”.
The following trading instruments were rejected:
- CL4EXCKG – 3 lots (Akmola Region);
- CL4EXJKG – 2 lots (Zhetysu Region).
No exchange transactions were concluded for the above bids.
