Hereby, the Trading Department of JSC “Caspiy” Commodity Exchange”, based on the letter received from JSC “Karazhyra” No. 01-6.2/1502 dated 12 December 2025 and in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Rules of Exchange Trading approved by Order No. 280 of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30 March 2015, informs all participants of trading in domestic coal about the commencement of trading sessions for annual contracts for 2026. The trading sessions will be held over five trading days from 22 December to 26 December 2025 from 11:00 to 12:00 Astana time. Trading will be conducted in the following trading instruments:
CL3EXGKG – Abay region (54,600 tons),
CL3EXFKG – East Kazakhstan region (121,800 tons),
with the following technical specifications – Coal grade D, domestic/household, Size class – 0–300 mm, Qri (lower calorific value) – 4900 kcal/kg, Ad (ash content) – 15.9%, ST RK 1816-2014, lot size 4,200 tons, payment terms – monthly 100% prepayment, delivery period – from six to twelve calendar months (evenly according to the agreed schedule), under which shipment of the exchange commodity is carried out from the third month after the month of trading until December of the commencement year (inclusive), delivery terms – EXW, Delivery basis –Karazhyra сoal mine (open-pit). The price is formed at Karazhyra сoal mine; all other expenses, including logistics after Karazhyra, are paid in addition to the price at which the transaction is concluded on the exchange. The base price at the first trading session is 8,297.00 (Eight thousand two hundred ninety-seven) tenge 00 tiyn per ton including VAT.
The maximum bid price is 8,379.97 (Eight thousand three hundred seventy-nine) tenge 97 tiyn.
The maximum bid size is no more than 3 lots (12,600 tons).

The price is formed at the Karazhyra coal mine; all other expenses, including logistics, are paid in addition to the exchange transaction price. The base price at the first trading session for all trading instruments is 8,344.82 (Eight thousand three hundred forty-four) tenge 82 tiyn per ton including VAT.
