Hereby, the Trading Department of JSC “Commodity Exchange “Kaspiy”, based on the letter received from JSC “Shubarkol Komir” № 01.6-0445 dated February 11, 2026, and in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Rules of Exchange Trading approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 280 dated March 30, 2015, informs all participants of coal exchange trading about the commencement of trading sessions for May2026 delivery. Trading sessions will be held for five trading days from January 26 to January 30, 2026, from 11:00 to 12:00 Astana time.
Trading will be conducted for the following trading instruments:

Technical specifications:
Domestic coal, grade D, subgroup DV, low ash content, compliant with ST RK 1526-1-2022, size 0–300 mm.
Lot size — 345 tons.
Payment terms — 100% prepayment no later than 20 calendar days before the beginning of the delivery month; advance security 3% within 5 business days from signing of the contract.
Delivery term — T+3 months (T = the date of transaction).
Delivery conditions — FCA.
Delivery basis — Kyzylzhar station / Shubarkol station (KS).

The base price at the first trading session for all trading instruments will be 8,908.8 (Eight thousand nine hundred eight) 80 tiyn per ton, including VAT.
The maximum bid price will be 8,997.89 tenge (Eight thousand nine hundred ninety-seven) 89 tiyn.

Payment terms – 100% prepayment no later than 20 calendar days before the start of the shipment month; advance security in the amount of 3% of the transaction value within 5 business days from the date of signing the contract.
Delivery period – T + 3 months (where T is the transaction date).
Delivery terms – FCA.
Delivery basis – Kyzylzhar railway station / Shubarkol railway station (KS).

The base price at the first trading session for all trading instruments will be KZT 9,392.52 per ton, VAT included.
The maximum bid price will be KZT 9,486.45 per ton.
The maximum bid volume shall not exceed 3 lots (1,005 tons).
