By this notice, the Trading Department of JSC “Caspi Commodity Exchange”, based on the letter received from JSC “Karazhyra” No. 01-6,2/1503 dated December 12, 2025, and in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Rules of Exchange Trading approved by the order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2015 No. 280, informs all participants in the trade of communal and household coal about the commencement of trading sessions for delivery in January 2026. Trading sessions will be held over five trading days from December 22 to December 26, 2026, from 14:00 to 15:00 Astana time. Trading will be conducted using the following trading instruments:
CL2EXGKG – Abai region (13 lots),
CL2EXFKG – East Kazakhstan region (22 lots),
With the following technical specifications:
- Coal grade D, communal-household,
- Size class – 0-300 mm,
- Qri (Lower Calorific Value) – 4900 kcal/kg,
- Ad (Ash content) – 15.9%,
- ST RK 1816-2014,
- Lot size – 350 tons,
- Payment terms – 100% prepayment,
- Delivery period – T+3 months (T – date of transaction),
- Delivery terms – EXW,
- Delivery basis – Karazhyra coal mine.
The price is formed at the Karazhyra coal mine; all other expenses, including logistics, are paid in addition to the price agreed upon in the commodity exchange transaction. The starting price at the first trading session will be 8,571.31 (Eight thousand five hundred seventy-one) tenge 31 tiyn per ton including VAT.
The maximum bid price will be 8,657.02 (Eight thousand six hundred fifty-seven) tenge 02 tiyn.
The maximum bid size is 3 lots (1050 tons).
