Hereby, the Trading Department of JSC \u201cCommodity Exchange \u201cCaspy\u201d informs all participants of coal trading that, based on the letter received from LLP \u201cVostokUgolProm\u201d Ref. No. 816-2025 dated November 03, 2025, and in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Rules of Exchange Trading approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2015 No. 280, the trading sessions for communal-household coal with delivery in November 2025 shall commence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trading sessions will be held during five trading days from November 12 to November 18, 2025, from 11:00 to 12:00 (Astana time). Trading will be carried out under the following trading instruments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CL4EXCKG \u2013 Akmola region (7 lots), base price for the first trading day: 9,571.42 tenge per ton, maximum bid price: 9,667.13 tenge per ton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CL4EXTKG \u2013 North Kazakhstan region (6 lots), base price: 9,776.48 tenge, maximum bid price: 9,874.24 tenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CL4EXSKG \u2013 Pavlodar region (2 lots), base price: 8,670.97 tenge, maximum bid price: 8,757.68 tenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CL4EXBKG \u2013 Almaty region (9 lots), base price: 8,542.39 tenge, maximum bid price: 8,627.81 tenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CL4EXPKG \u2013 Kostanay region (2 lots), base price: 8,422.56 tenge, maximum bid price: 8,506.79 tenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical specifications: coal grade D, communal-household, size class \u2013 25\u2013300 mm, Qri (lower calorific value) \u2013 5000 kcal\/kg, Sdt (total sulfur) \u2013 0.50 %, Ad (ash content) \u2013 16 %, Wrt (total moisture) \u2013 14.0 %, Vdaf (volatile matter) \u2013 47.0 %, CT LLP 151140021791-12-073-2022. Lot volume \u2013 350 tons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment terms \u2013 100 % prepayment not later than 2 (two) days before the start of shipment. Delivery period \u2013 T+3 months (where T \u2013 the date of the transaction). Delivery terms \u2013 EXW. Delivery basis \u2013 Karazhyra coal mine. The price is formed at the Karazhyra coal mine, and all other costs, including those related to logistics, are paid in excess of the price at which the transaction was concluded on the commodity exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
