The Trading Department of \u201cCommodity Exchange Caspian\u201d JSC<\/strong>, based on the letter received from \u201cVostokUgolProm\u201d LLP<\/strong> (outgoing No. 836-2025 dated November 11, 2025<\/strong>) and in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Rules of Exchange Trading<\/strong>, approved by Order No. 280 of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2015<\/strong>, hereby informs all participants of trading in household coal<\/strong> about the commencement of trading sessions for deliveries in December 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trading sessions will be held over five trading days<\/strong>, from November 20 to November 26, 2025<\/strong>, from 11:00 to 12:00 (Astana time)<\/strong>. Trading will be conducted under the following trading instruments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The price is formed at the Karazhyra mine; all other expenses, including logistics, are paid in addition<\/strong> to the transaction price established on the exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
