{"id":36995,"date":"2025-11-13T23:01:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-13T18:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccx.kz\/?p=36995"},"modified":"2025-11-18T15:00:53","modified_gmt":"2025-11-18T10:00:53","slug":"on-rejection-of-bids","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prod.ccx.kz\/en\/on-rejection-of-bids","title":{"rendered":"On Rejection of Bids"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Trading Department of <strong>\u201cCommodity Exchange Caspian\u201d JSC<\/strong> hereby informs about the <strong>rejection of bids<\/strong> during the <strong>\u201cVostokUgolProm\u201d LLP household coal trading sessions held on November 13, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This decision was made in accordance with <strong>paragraphs 1\u20132 of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan \u201cOn Commodity Exchanges\u201d No. 155-IV dated May 4, 2009<\/strong>, as well as <strong>paragraph 4.4 of the Methodology for Identifying Automated Algorithms in the Process of Participation in Exchange Trading<\/strong>, and the <strong>applicable measures of responsibility implemented at \u201cCommodity Exchange Caspian\u201d JSC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The bids were rejected for the following trading instruments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CL4EXCKG<\/strong> \u2013 1 lot (Akmola region);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CL4EXZKG<\/strong> \u2013 5 lots (Astana city);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CL4EXTKG<\/strong> \u2013 4 lots (North Kazakhstan region);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CL4EXSKG<\/strong> \u2013 2 lots (Pavlodar region).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No exchange transactions were concluded<\/strong> for the above-mentioned bids.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Trading Department of \u201cCommodity Exchange Caspian\u201d JSC hereby informs about the rejection of bids during the \u201cVostokUgolProm\u201d LLP household coal trading sessions held on November 13, 2025.
