{"id":37208,"date":"2025-11-20T17:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-20T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccx.kz\/?p=37208"},"modified":"2025-11-21T10:11:14","modified_gmt":"2025-11-21T05:11:14","slug":"on-rejection-of-bids-9","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prod.ccx.kz\/en\/on-rejection-of-bids-9","title":{"rendered":"On Rejection of Bids"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Trading Department of Caspy Commodity Exchange JSC hereby informs about the rejection of bids and transactions submitted for the trading of household coal of JSC \u201cShubarkol Komir\u201d, held on November 20, 2025, within the framework of exchange trading sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with paragraphs 1\u20132 of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan \u201cOn Commodity Exchanges\u201d dated May 4, 2009 No. 155-IV, as well as paragraph 4.4 of the Methodology for Identifying Automated Algorithms in the Process of Participation in Exchange Trading and the applicable liability measures at Caspy Commodity Exchange JSC, the following bids have been rejected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CL6FCCKS \u2013 1 lot (Akmola region);<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CL6FCMKS \u2013 3 lots (Karaganda region);<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CL6FCXKS \u2013 3 lots (Turkistan region).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No exchange transactions were concluded for these bids.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with paragraphs 81\u201382 of the Exchange Trading Rules dated May 8, 2015 No. 280, as well as the Order of the President of JSC &#8220;Commodity Exchange \u201cCaspian\u201d No. 312-P dated November 20, 2025, the following transactions have been rejected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CCX-CL6-1923 \u2013 3 lots (1035 tons) under the instrument CL6FCXKS (Turkistan region)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>broker: LLP UralProTrade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>client: Sole Proprietor Nasirov.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The volume of household coal under the annulled transaction (3 lots) for the instrument <strong>CL6FCXKS<\/strong> will be re-listed for trading during the next trading session on <strong>21 November 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Trading Department of Caspy Commodity Exchange JSC hereby informs about the rejection of bids and transactions submitted for the trading of household coal of JSC \u201cShubarkol Komir\u201d, held on November 20, 2025, within the framework of exchange trading sessions.
