{"id":37291,"date":"2025-11-24T09:52:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-24T04:52:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccx.kz\/?p=37291"},"modified":"2025-11-25T14:38:59","modified_gmt":"2025-11-25T09:38:59","slug":"on-rejection-of-bids-11","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prod.ccx.kz\/en\/on-rejection-of-bids-11","title":{"rendered":"On Rejection of Bids"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Trading Department of Caspy Commodity Exchange JSC hereby informs about the <strong>rejection of bids<\/strong> during the <strong>\u201cVostokUgolProm\u201d LLP household coal trading sessions held on November 21, 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This decision was made in accordance with <strong>paragraphs 1\u20132 of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan \u201cOn Commodity Exchanges\u201d No. 155-IV dated May 4, 2009<\/strong>, as well as <strong>paragraph 4.4 of the Methodology for Identifying Automated Algorithms in the Process of Participation in Exchange Trading<\/strong>, and the <strong>applicable measures of responsibility implemented at Caspy Commodity Exchange JSC<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The bids were rejected for the following trading instruments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CL4EXTKG \u2013 1 \u043b\u043e\u0442 (<\/strong>\u00a0North Kazakhstan Region<strong>);<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CL4EXBKG <strong>\u2013<\/strong> 2 \u043b\u043e\u0442\u0430 (\u00a0Almaty Region);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CL4EXCKG \u2013 5 \u043b\u043e\u0442\u043e\u0432 (<\/strong>\u00a0Akmola Region<strong>).<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No exchange transactions were concluded for the above bids.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Trading Department of Caspy Commodity Exchange JSC hereby informs about the rejection of bids during the \u201cVostokUgolProm\u201d LLP household coal trading sessions held on November 21, 2025.
