Hereby, the Trading Department of JSC \u201cCaspiy” Commodity Exchange\u201d, based on the letter received from JSC \u201cKarazhyra\u201d No. 01-6.2\/1502 dated 12 December 2025 and in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Rules of Exchange Trading approved by Order No. 280 of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30 March 2015, informs all participants of trading in domestic coal about the commencement of trading sessions for annual contracts for 2026. The trading sessions will be held over five trading days from 22 December to 26 December 2025 from 11:00 to 12:00 Astana time. Trading will be conducted in the following trading instruments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CL3EXGKG \u2013 Abay region (54,600 tons),<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CL3EXFKG \u2013 East Kazakhstan region (121,800 tons),<\/p>\n\n\n\n
with the following technical specifications \u2013 Coal grade D, domestic\/household, Size class \u2013 0\u2013300 mm, Qri (lower calorific value) \u2013 4900 kcal\/kg, Ad (ash content) \u2013 15.9%, ST RK 1816-2014, lot size 4,200 tons, payment terms \u2013 monthly 100% prepayment, delivery period \u2013 from six to twelve calendar months (evenly according to the agreed schedule), under which shipment of the exchange commodity is carried out from the third month after the month of trading until December of the commencement year (inclusive), delivery terms \u2013 EXW, Delivery basis \u2013Karazhyra \u0441oal mine (open-pit). The price is formed at Karazhyra \u0441oal mine; all other expenses, including logistics after Karazhyra, are paid in addition to the price at which the transaction is concluded on the exchange.
