{"id":38363,"date":"2026-01-22T14:22:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-22T09:22:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ccx.kz\/?p=38363"},"modified":"2026-01-23T15:51:50","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T10:51:50","slug":"on-the-entry-into-force-of-amendments-to-the-rules-of-exchange-trading-concerning-the-settlement-procedure-for-transactions-concluded-on-the-commodity-exchange","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prod.ccx.kz\/en\/on-the-entry-into-force-of-amendments-to-the-rules-of-exchange-trading-concerning-the-settlement-procedure-for-transactions-concluded-on-the-commodity-exchange","title":{"rendered":"On the entry into force of amendments to the Rules of Exchange Trading concerning the settlement procedure for transactions concluded on the commodity exchange"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dear customers and members of Kaspiy Commodity Exchange JSC!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kaspiy Commodity Exchange JSC informs you that from January 01, 2026, changes to the Rules of Exchange Trading regarding the settlement procedure for transactions concluded on the commodity exchange have entered into force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In accordance with the approved amendments, payment and delivery of exchange-traded goods for all concluded transactions are carried out exclusively through the commodity exchange clearing center, which assumes the functions of a counterparty to guarantee the fulfillment of the terms of the agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Settlement procedure for exchange transactions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The buyer is obliged to transfer 100% of the contract amount to the bank account of the clearing center no later than 5 (five) business days after signing the delivery agreement for the concluded exchange transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The clearing center, no later than 3 (three) business days after the funds are credited to its account, transfers the payment to the seller for the relevant transaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payment obligations are guaranteed by the clearing center, provided that the seller fulfills the requirements for the delivery of the goods properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We ask you to take these changes into account when planning and carrying out exchange operations, as well as to ensure timely and correct fulfillment of the new requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have any questions, please contact the support service or the responsible staff of the Exchange.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dear customers and members of Kaspiy Commodity Exchange JSC!
