The Trading Department of JSC \u00abCaspy\u00bb Commodity Exchange, based on the incoming letter from Karazhyra JSC No. 01-6.2\/190 dated February 11, 2026, and in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Exchange Trading Rules approved by Order No. 280 of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2015, hereby informs all participants in utility coal trading of the commencement of trading sessions with delivery scheduled for March 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The trading sessions will be held over five trading days from February 20 to February 26, 2026, from 14:00 to 15:00 (Astana time).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Trading will be conducted using the following trading instruments:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. CL2EXGKG \u2013 Abai Region (9 lots),<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. CL2EXFKG \u2013 East Kazakhstan Region (10 lots),<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    with the following technical specifications: coal grade D, utility coal, size class 0\u2013300 mm, Qri (lower heating value) \u2013 4,900 kcal\/kg, Ad (ash content) \u2013 15.9 %, ST LLP 151140021791-073-2022, lot size \u2013 350 tons, payment terms \u2013 100% prepayment,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    delivery period \u2013 T+3 months (where T is the transaction date), delivery terms \u2013 EXW,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    delivery basis \u2013 Karazhyra coal mine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The price is formed at the Karazhyra coal mine. All other expenses, including logistics costs incurred after the coal mine, shall be paid in addition to the price at which the transaction is concluded on the commodity exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The indicative delivery plan for utility coal for 2026 is available on www.ccx.kz<\/a> in the \u201cMarkets\u201d \u2013 \u201cCoal\u201d section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The base price at the first trading session will be KZT 8,571.31 per ton, VAT included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The maximum bid price shall be KZT 8,657.02.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The maximum bid volume shall not exceed 3 lots (1,050 tons).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. CL4EXHKG – Zhambyl Region (2 lots),<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    9. CL4EXJKG – Zhetysu Region (3 lots),<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      with the following technical specifications: coal grade D, utility coal, size class 25\u2013300 mm, Qri \u2013 5,000 kcal\/kg, Sdt (sulfur) \u2013 0.50 %, Ad (ash content) \u2013 16 %, Wrt (total moisture) \u2013 14.0 %, Vdaf (volatile matter) \u2013 47.0 %, ST LLP 151140021791-073-2022, lot size \u2013 350 tons, payment terms \u2013 100% prepayment no later than 2 (two) days prior to shipment, delivery period \u2013 T+3 months, delivery terms \u2013 EXW, delivery basis \u2013 Karazhyra coal mine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The base price at the first trading session will be KZT 8 895.16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The maximum bid price shall be KZT 8 984.11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      The maximum bid volume shall not exceed 3 lots (1,050 tons).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
