In accordance with Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 13, 2001 No. 267 “On Holidays in the Republic of Kazakhstan” (hereinafter — the Law), the days on which national and state holidays are celebrated in the Republic of Kazakhstan are recognized as public holidays and are considered non-working days.
If a holiday and a weekend coincide, the day off is transferred to the next working day following the holiday.
Thus, according to Article 2 of the Law, October 25 — Constitution Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a national holiday of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2025, October 25 falls on a Saturday, therefore, the day off is transferred from Saturday, October 25, to Monday, October 27, 2025.
Accordingly, in October 2025, the weekends and holidays will be as follows:
October 4, 5, 11, 12, 18, 19, 25, 26, and 27.
