Hereby, the Trading Department of JSC “Commodity Exchange “Caspy” informs all participants of coal trading that, based on the letter received from LLP “VostokUgolProm” Ref. No. 816-2025 dated November 03, 2025, and in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Rules of Exchange Trading approved by the Order of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2015 No. 280, the trading sessions for communal-household coal with delivery in November 2025 shall commence.
The trading sessions will be held during five trading days from November 12 to November 18, 2025, from 11:00 to 12:00 (Astana time). Trading will be carried out under the following trading instruments:
CL4EXCKG – Akmola region (7 lots), base price for the first trading day: 9,571.42 tenge per ton, maximum bid price: 9,667.13 tenge per ton.
CL4EXTKG – North Kazakhstan region (6 lots), base price: 9,776.48 tenge, maximum bid price: 9,874.24 tenge.
CL4EXSKG – Pavlodar region (2 lots), base price: 8,670.97 tenge, maximum bid price: 8,757.68 tenge.
CL4EXBKG – Almaty region (9 lots), base price: 8,542.39 tenge, maximum bid price: 8,627.81 tenge.
CL4EXPKG – Kostanay region (2 lots), base price: 8,422.56 tenge, maximum bid price: 8,506.79 tenge.
CL4EXJKG – Zhetysu region (10 lots), base price: 9,056.47 tenge, maximum bid price: 9,147.03 tenge.
CL4EXZKG – Astana city (4 lots), base price: 9,400.82 tenge, maximum bid price: 9,494.83 tenge.

Lot volume – 350 tons.
Payment terms – 100 % prepayment not later than 2 (two) days before the start of shipment. Delivery period – T+3 months (where T – the date of the transaction). Delivery terms – EXW. Delivery basis – Karazhyra coal mine. The price is formed at the Karazhyra coal mine, and all other costs, including those related to logistics, are paid in excess of the price at which the transaction was concluded on the commodity exchange.
