The Trading Department of “Commodity Exchange Caspian” JSC, based on the letter received from “VostokUgolProm” LLP (outgoing No. 836-2025 dated November 11, 2025) and in accordance with Chapter 25 of the Rules of Exchange Trading, approved by Order No. 280 of the Acting Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2015, hereby informs all participants of trading in household coal about the commencement of trading sessions for deliveries in December 2025.
The trading sessions will be held over five trading days, from November 20 to November 26, 2025, from 11:00 to 12:00 (Astana time). Trading will be conducted under the following trading instruments:
- CL4EXCKG – Akmola region (6 lots), base price for the first trading day – 9,571.42 KZT, maximum bid price – 9,667.13 KZT.
- CL4EXTKG – North Kazakhstan region (5 lots), base price – 9,776.48 KZT, maximum price – 9,874.24 KZT.
- CL4EXSKG – Pavlodar region (2 lots), base price – 8,670.97 KZT, maximum price – 8,757.68 KZT.
- CL4EXBKG – Almaty region (8 lots), base price – 8,542.39 KZT, maximum price – 8,627.81 KZT.
- CL4EXPKG – Kostanay region (2 lots), base price – 8,422.56 KZT, maximum price – 8,506.79 KZT.
- CL4EXJKG – Zhetysu region (10 lots), base price – 9,056.47 KZT, maximum price – 9,147.03 KZT.
- CL4EXZKG – Astana city (4 lots), base price – 9,400.82 KZT, maximum price – 9,494.83 KZT.
- CL4EXHKG – Zhambyl region (7 lots), base price – 9,116.54 KZT, maximum price – 9,207.71 KZT.

Payment terms: 100% prepayment no later than 2 (two) days before shipment.
Delivery period: T+3 months (where T is the date of transaction).
Delivery terms: EXW, delivery basis – Karazhyra coal mine.
The price is formed at the Karazhyra mine; all other expenses, including logistics, are paid in addition to the transaction price established on the exchange.

The maximum order size shall not exceed 3 lots.
