The Trading Department of “Commodity Exchange Caspian” JSC hereby informs about the rejection of bids during the “VostokUgolProm” LLP household coal trading sessions held on November 13, 2025.
This decision was made in accordance with paragraphs 1–2 of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Commodity Exchanges” No. 155-IV dated May 4, 2009, as well as paragraph 4.4 of the Methodology for Identifying Automated Algorithms in the Process of Participation in Exchange Trading, and the applicable measures of responsibility implemented at “Commodity Exchange Caspian” JSC.
The bids were rejected for the following trading instruments:
- CL4EXCKG – 1 lot (Akmola region);
- CL4EXZKG – 5 lots (Astana city);
- CL4EXTKG – 4 lots (North Kazakhstan region);
- CL4EXSKG – 2 lots (Pavlodar region).
No exchange transactions were concluded for the above-mentioned bids.
