The Trading Department of JSC “Commodity Exchange ‘Caspy’” hereby informs about the rejection of bids submitted by JSC “Shubarkol Komir” during the household coal trading sessions held on November 19, 2025,
in accordance with paragraphs 1–2 of Article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Commodity Exchanges” dated May 4, 2009 No. 155-IV, as well as paragraph 4.4 of the Methodology for identifying automated algorithms in the process of participating in exchange trading and the applicable liability measures at JSC “Commodity Exchange ‘Caspy’”.
Bids were rejected for the following trading instruments:
- CL6FCBKS – 9 lots (Almaty Region);
- CL6FCCKS – 4 lots (Akmola Region);
- CL6FCMKS – 7 lots (Karagandy Region);
- CL6FCNKS – 3 lots (Kyzylorda Region);
- CL6FCPKS – 18 lots (Kostanay Region);
- CL6FCXKS – 9 lots (Turkistan Region);
- CL6FCYKS – 9 lots (Shymkent City).
No exchange transactions were concluded for the above bids.
